The site is owned and operated by Philip Kennedy. The site is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site (collectively, the “Agreement”).

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by both the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Site's Privacy Policy (below). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement and Privacy Policy, then you may not access the Website or use any services.

The Site and its marketing emails often contain links to other websites which are not within my control. This Agreement applies only to the Site and its marketing emails and not to any other websites. Once you have left the Site or one of its mail-outs, I cannot be held responsible for the contents of these third party websites or the protection and privacy of any information which you provide to them. You should exercise caution and look at the terms and privacy policy applicable to the website in question.

Changes to both Terms and Privacy Policy

1. Your Privacy
I [Philip Kennedy] fully respect your right to privacy and collect no personal information about you when you visit the Site – unless you volunteer personal details through the online mailing list form. I am committed to ensuring the privacy of your information and process data in accordance with the responsibilities outlined by the GDPR.

2. Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

3. Mailing list
This website operates an email mailing lists that provide visitors with information about the work that I do.

Inclusion in these mailing lists is by subscriber request and consent only.

By subscribing to this list and consenting to their marketing permissions, you are confirming that I can use the information you submit to send you news mail-outs. Every email message sent will also provide an opportunity for you to unsubscribe from all future mailings.

The personal information you provide will only be used in relation to communicating news with you or to co-operate with any government, industry or regulatory authority.

The mailing list is stored securely on MailChimp, a service that fully complies with GDPR.

4. Disclosure of Information
Unless you have expressly authorised me to do so, I will never disclose your personal information to any third party except where disclosure relates to the purposes for which the information was collected (stated in item 3 above).

I do not, and will never, provide your personal information to any external organisation for their own marketing purposes.

5. Checking or Updating Personal Information
You have the following rights, in certain circumstances and subject to applicable exemptions, in relation to your personal data:

    • the right to require us to rectify any inaccuracies in your personal data
