The site is owned and operated by Philip Kennedy. The site is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site (collectively, the “Agreement”).

By accessing or using any part of the Site, you agree to be bound by both the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Site's Privacy Policy (below). This Agreement applies only to the Site and its marketing emails and not to any other websites. This website operates an email mailing lists that provide visitors with information about the work that I do.
Inclusion in these mailing lists is by subscriber request and consent only.
By subscribing to this list and consenting to their marketing permissions, you are confirming that I can use the information you submit to send you news mail-outs. Every email message sent will also provide an opportunity for you to unsubscribe from all future mailings.
The personal information you provide will only be used in relation to communicating news with you or to co-operate with any government, industry or regulatory authority.
The mailing list is stored securely on MailChimp, a service that fully complies with GDPR.
4. Disclosure of Information
Unless you have expressly authorised me to do so, I will never disclose your personal information to any third party except where disclosure relates to the purposes for which the information was collected (stated in item 3 above).
I do not, and will never, provide your personal information to any external organisation for their own marketing purposes.
